PDF E-Book Coming Soon
Within the next few days a PDF e-book of “What Happened” will be available for a small charge. Within the next few weeks it will also be available for reading tablets as well as print, but the PDF format is the quickest way to provide a copy to those who simply cannot wait. Having received so many requests to put it into an e-book format immediately I thought, “Well, why not?” It is being formatted as this is being written and I expect to have it available for purchase by Monday, Sept. 13, 2010. An audio version should be available soon as well.

Read Chapter One
While waiting for the book to be printed, I have posted the text of chapter 1 for you to read. While I am sure that there is a far more elegant way to do this than I am about to do, I am new to WordPress, and so I will get you connected the only way I know how for now. Click here to read it.
